Love the retro color scheme. I saw one like that around here last week.

Thanks, it's the only vehicle I've ever left stock.
Only issue has been had the head gasket replaced at 110K. Apart from that front brakes done twice and oil changes. 160K total miles.
Ahhhh, the simplicity of a stock truck.
The 4Runner is a money pit with mods, but I love it.

This is not how any of us envisioned this 4 years ago. But this is yet another sad reality of the Class of 2020. My oldest daughter graduated from high school today. They were divided into smaller groups and given a particular day and a 3 hour window to attend one at a time. It's taken all week as they're are about 600 seniors.

I'm proud and sad rolled into one.

I am a stock guy too, 2007. 62 now and learned a long time ago not to spend extra money on a vehicle for anything I didn't really need. You never ever get a penny of that back. But sometimes like something a little odd, to help me positively ID it in a parking lot as witnessed by the Westin bars from a regular cab Taco.

Congrats to her @Plain Jane Taco my little bro did the same this past sat. Long line of cars, no large graduation, masks etc. It's strange times were living in. I just wish they could celebrate like we did. I told him I owe him a blowout party when this is over.

Absolutely. It been heart wrenching. No graduation, had a virtual "prom" from home, no last orchestra concert (she plays the violin), no last senior class togethers. She has shed gallons of tears the last few weeks....as have I for her.

.. sitting in a shower curtain in the sun listening to what sounded like a phone book being read for hours. High school, boot, A-school, college.. Just give me my piece of paper so I can go home.
Im in the minority I guess for wishing I hadnt had to do a ceremony, a rite of passage for every teen though I guess. (i got the shit bullied out of me in high school and actually dropped junior year to home school because it was so bad)
My nephew was thrilled to not have to do a ceremony.

Shame for the ones that want one. Strange times.

You caught me.. yup. Ive brought shame upon the Taco community. But sweet jesus does that thing tow good. Hauled 7500lbs like nothing. The 4’ between the wheel wells already came in super handy twice this week with sheathing and windows. Gas mileage has been 16-17mpg so far. Not as bad as the bitching ive heard and considering its paid off I dont care. Used to the size where I have been driving a half ton chevy for work for years so that hasnt been an issue yet
