    It's leaf blower time! The leaves fell in January here, and now that the snow's melted and thawed out the leaves, we can use leaf blowers and snow shovels to move 'em. Amazing how fast they compost along the street curbs and piles built up by wind eddies... Time to check on the pot of baked beans...with cottage (shoulder) bacon...

    Well, ran into the classic problem. Entirely new setup, couldn't quite get it to run and idle. He's got a few things to check tomorrow, but we got it to fire, run, and rev tonight. The darn idle just kept eluding us.
