    Lawnmower sagas...

    Old Dixon zero turn. Looks pretty ratty but runs like an old toyota pickup (Kohler 20 HP from 1995)

    The main belt drive pulley to the deck has a center bolt which somehow loosened and allowed it to drop, resulting in misalignement with the deck pulleys, so, no blades. Had to drop the deck and remove/repair/remount, at dusk, out doors. Needed it done so it could go back in the garage, had to leave home at 4:30 am today. Couldn't have it outside all day. I use the ramp to assist with undercarriage access, or the whole repair would've been done in the garage...which means it also would'vebeen put off. As it is, it was done before dinner. A VERY late dinner, but done, none the less.

    How's this for Yankee ingenuity...
