Maybe TMI but I have had some medical stuff this last year, a number of IV’s. I have hairy forearms, they tape the IV’s in pretty good. A few bald spots on the arms.:annoyed: Health issues are good

I had blood drawn last week, I sure don't remember having hair in the crook of my arm... but apparently there had been some! Not anymore though.

I get confused as many of my saws have arbor nuts that are reversed. Damn Frenchman in me.

Sometimes too much hp is bad on the salt due to traction issue.

The fastest wheel driven piston powered streamliner (as opposed to turbine, i.e. helicopter turbine) uses a turboed small block. Kenny Duttweller, their engine guy, says its because he wants to make as much hp as he can without making excessive torque and spinning the tires (@400+ mph!)

The description I always use about hp versus torque is hp is how fast you're going when you hit the wall, torque is how far you move the wall :bananadead:

@kidsmoke this is how "replacing fork oil" is going... found extremely loose triple tree, blown neck bearings, whole front end had 1/8 inch play back and forth when you hit the front brakes coming to a stop.

yikes. Well, it probably came by it honestly. Bearings went first, creating the initial slop. In our environments those are the silent killers. Triple tree bearings and swingarm bearings. People seem to have no idea. Glad you caught it. Easily sourced?

I've stopped complaining about the poor adhesion of small adhesive bandages (Band-Aid, Top Care, and others) since my 4-year old granddaughter began sticking the ones from her "doctor kit" on me. Great game has been pulling a couple dozen off one side of a cardboard box, sticking them on another side of the box, and repeat. I keep hoping that the adhesive weakens but after a couple weeks, they're still quite sticky. My arms are redder where these Band-Aids were stuck on than where the scab was. Growing pains...
