Went out to dinner last night and saw possibly the most controversial wrap you could have on your vehicle in New England.

Is that the franchisee's Fiat/Chrysler. Dodge/Jeep? I like Doma Coffee's vehicle better. They're the Post Falls coffee roaster, and I visited with Brad and Terry about this Combi while picking up a bag for my daughter as she was recovering with "concussion protocol" (whiplash from the wreck of the Santa Cruz, rear-end by a boy in a Fiat/Dodge Avenger, which pushed both vehicles across the highway, so the Santa Cruz was then hit head-on by a full-size pickup). We're thankful the crumple zones worked! She's thinking about the now-larger RAV4 as a replacement, so I'll be looking...
Almost time to head downtown with hope I can buy a sourdough cinnamon roll... or lemon-blueberry roll.

    Good.
    Plenty of power.
    Throws good.
Did a rev gear mod cause it was soooo slow backing up my drive.
Installed a winch for the blower cause I bent the lift arm twice with our wet snow and
I felt like I was doing bench presses lifting it.
Only con to it is I wish it had more traction but, with trial and error I learned what it likes and
I am pleased. I suppose it’s good cause you could tweak stuff if you had more Oooomph.

The Cordova (Alaska) Harbormaster complained in the shop one day that, "We should replace the shear bolts with something stronger!" He'd often hit the bull rails on the floating docks when he plowed with the big Honda walk-behind blower. So I said, "We could get some Grade 8 bolts..." and then he could complain about the shaft drive and engine... After something bad happens, the regulators always overdo the reaction in the name of "safety" so when I helped Hoffman Pro hang a speaker cluster above the
sanctuary at 1st Presbyterian Coeur d'Alene, the cables and mounts above the ceiling are strong enough that two cables (of the six or eight) would be enough to hold it. Considering that the rough-cut beams are more than a hundred years old, as is the building, it isn't going anywhere.

    So
Today’s projects were small but important.
Went and customized some bolts to hold the tractor cab in place.
Then took care of something that’s bugged me for 20 years.
Every time I used my sweeper, the spring steel rods to hold the bag assembly will bend and fall out. So made a 3/8 strut and turnbuckle ass. She ain’t going anywhere now.

Sometimes you just have to sit down in the lawn chair and look around.

Did some touch up paint around the house in places that I accidentally rub with the lawnmower or snowblower. Got the skirting on my back deck stained and stained my front porch.

Now I need to sonehow get the 3,679 acorns off my back lawn.
