We have a makeup air unit and heater. Not to mention humidity controls so we can spray year round. It's going to be a base clear, we're waiting until tomorrow to spray because there was another truck in the booth curing today

I actually did that to sell that little mower I had. Had it parked out front with $350 on it. First guy that saw it bought it. Asked me how much I would take, asked him what he thought. He asked me again. I gave up and said $300 and a full tank of Ethanol free gas. Sold!

I had $35 or so bucks in it so it was still a win. Was able to get my new drill/impact set so it worked out.

Yea if this goes it will help pay for my upgrade to my heating system.

Wasn’t in good shape and all seized.
All labor except for a new coil that the mice decided to have lunch with..

Playing with my truck today. It sold, guys flying in from out of state this coming Friday. Hate to see it go but it’s the right move. I’ll go over everything and make sure it’s ready to go for him. I will be glad not to have to look at it sit anymore. I’ll look for another Tacoma when I can drive on a regular basis, or a pristine 78 LC

I got to decide what to do with my heating system. Changed the oil filter the other day and found rust starting on the bottom of the tank. Boiler is 22 years old, but seems to be in OK shape. Debating putting on a propane conversion kit and going with a local propane company. Was gonna convert it myself, but might talk to the company to see what they would charge to do it. Keeping a very close eye on the tank this year. I do have an oil spill clause on my homeowners insurance, but really don't want to use it.

Yea had about 6 hours in this between freeing up all controls, chain repair and adjustment, coil,
    Mouse cleaning, etc
So if you want to be technical, I’m breaking even. That’s why people just replace instead of repair.
    It costs so much..
And I can’t stand things not being right so I spend the time.

At the same time the central AC unit is rusting out. Anybody have an extra $15,000 they could give me to upgrade these systems?
