The cookie monster after talking about dog mines makes my brain go places I don't want it to. Thanks for that.

What- poop patrol is a skill, and it helps to be good at it.:D:anonymous:
Nothing worse than hitting a pile with the tractor tire and you’ve already put the hoses away.:curls::annoyed:

Cant say I am. My pup is really struggling and restless all night. Tumor is starting to have a smell. Sorry. Add that to the dog mine discussion. It all sucks. I called yesterday to get the deets on euthanization. Slept 10:45 to 12:30 last night.

woe is me. Not really. Best dog ever for over 7 years. I’m a lucky SOB. Just need to stay on point and give him as soft a landing as possible, and keep my shit together with work and all that.

It sure was a nice break though. (NE trip)

Daughters house offer got beat. Shitty time to be starting out.

I'm sorry you're having to say goodbye to your buddy. Dogs are 100% gifts and amazing companions. Their only fault is making us let go sooner than we'd like. I wish you comfort and healing in the hard months to come.

One of today's jobs. Replaced the slats on the tennis court luxury box/bleachers. :D

Old ones were some composite. Replaced with western red cedar 2x4's. Should last another 50 yrs.

Got lucky. There were threaded inserts (3/8-16) in the concrete. Had hoped to use new SS machine screws, but couldn't find any that size locally and didn't want to use hex bolts due to the head size. The old ones had a very wide & low profile head, so I re-used them. Fans don't need to be poked in the back.

    g'day stockers.

Starting to shop for suspension for Lucille. 140k on the clock and I've got fork trucks dropping weighty pumps in the back regularly. She's showing her age. NOT planning on turning it into a rock crawler, but I am open to replacing it with modest upgraded bits. Maybe give her a little more spring to her step.

here's your chance to voice opinions or make suggestions. I've got ideas but likely there's things I haven't considered.

I'd say going @Sig45 's route will be the simplest and most economical. Airbags if you're really squatting it.

the thought has crossed my mind, but man, I have this truck dialed in. Absolutely faultless, stereo, lots of little conveniences. I know the history of every oil change. I simply don't want any other vehicle.

    oh...and $60K?

I also considered getting some of those bigger/taller Timbren bump stops, but I rarely load up with heavy loads, so just used new OEM bump stops.
