    Morning.
City hired tree people came down the road cutting obstructions for the power lines.
Went out and talked to them.
I don’t think they were really going to do to much.
So the conversation went well and they ended up doing a severe pruning around
both my trees. I still have to do more on the house side but I don’t need to hire anybody now.
I can reach the lower ones..
It may look hacked but I don’t GAFF.
I saved a shitload of money and I’ll still have some shade. I thanked them all. Even the ones standing around lol.
I think the cold ride gear may come out this weekend for a final bike ride of the season.
Then I think she will go to bed..
Few more minor things to do and then we will be set for the winter..
    Have a safe day all..

Do just the clear blades turn or the entire conglomeration?

I've only done the rear. Yes, found some low mileage 3rd Gen leafs in Mass. Bought new Bilstein 4600's (beefier than the OR yellow factory Bilsteins).

Currently running 5100's up front with OEM springs on 2nd notch (.85"). I'm looking for a set of 3rd Gen OR assemblies with the yellow Bilsteins as that also gives the 2nd Gen about an 1" lift up front (from what I've read).

Yeup and we said it was a stock suspension from a Tacoma so no foul.
However, make sure it’s a level adj in the front. Don’t push the envelope.

I have the same thing on my '15 4 banger 4x4. Great bang for the buck. I paid around $300 for front coil overs, rear shocks and leafs. The stock suspension was gone on my truck when I bought it 3 years ago, the OR take off parts helped a lot. I will need new leafs again if I keep this truck, apparently 3 years of hauling mt bikes and the occasional 6 bags of sackrete are too much for factory leaf springs, they're already "frowning".

Mornin folks. I remembered why I don't go to yard sales. Drove an hour and a half to this one to get a welder they showed being for sale, gas mig for $100 with all consumables. Somebody grabbed it last night (before the yard sale was supposed to be happening) and I missed out. I sure as hell made up for it though... not pictured is a laundry basket full of wrenches, sockets, mini vice, propane heater attachment, and some other garage related goodies. Also a big slab of black cherry wood. IMG_5403.jpg
