Finally finishing up the rough in on this 6k sq ft house on the lake. Dudes got a light on every damned thing in the house.. drawers, toe kicks, jamb swithes for the rooms, smart switches everywhere, 138 wafer lights, elevator, blah blah. Insanity.

 

What's the blue? Wrap or actual sheathing?

 

Henry Blueskin self adhering barrier. The builders hate the shit out of it because its a pita to put on but works great apparently.

 

OMFG....I can imagine 384 scenarios where that could go bad.

 

Also....I wonder if it's used for a specific type of siding application? So many new systems out there.

 

No idea honestly but jfc over $300 for a 100’ roll. Nope.

Seems to be taking it's sweet time getting here. I'm itching to go, my driveway is finally solid enough to run the snowblower over it.

I'm all loaded up, going over to my family friends house tomorrow to tear apart the front end of his UTV. Clunking noise in the front at the end of the season, I can reach in and move the front drive shaft almost an 1/8th of a rotation before anything happens. Time for a tear down overhaul.
