My eldest and her husband graduated from PLU, got married in Parkland five years ago. Reminded me of coastal AK as the wedding party's photos were taken on the beach, and all were wearing XtraTufs. (Daughter considered a Master's degree program at UPS, so of course I had to ask, "Do students have to wear a brown uniform?" Another Dad joke... U of Puget Sound.) They're in Port Angeles. I'd like to explore Olympic NP and check out the Elwha River...

Was hoping to clean up before hitting the rack tonight. Now I'm going roof rake a little tomorrow to prep for the 2" of rain Wednesday.

    :annoyed:

If nothing else the roof has to get clean.
I’m hoping the wind comes up on backside of this then may not need to rake the roof.it’s light enough

Meanwhile I'm up here with a dusting. Just fired up the snowblower just to try and encourage it to snow more.

I feel like Charlie Brown from the peanuts Halloween special. "I got an inch..." but on the plus side the carb on my snowblower started leaking after I put it away, so I have that to look forwards to fixing.

Lucky. We got like a foot and a half. And our plow dude just didnt feel like making an appearance. Headed out to the tractor momentarily. I could 4wd out but im not plowing through the 5’ mound at the end of the driveway that the town plowed up.

We got about 6" overall. It melted a good bit yesterday. The fun part is the rain tomorrow. Could be up to 3". My yard is a swamp! Hoping the drain field holds it together! :goingcrazy:

Well, going from a tracked machine that does a speed range of "inches per minute" to "foot a minute" then grabbing this wheel driven one that you can jog behind...

My blower gets clogged if you don't have it on its lowest speed. It was free so I can't complain. Although the sudden slight rod knock is getting concerning... o_O

    Morning
    Drive cleared.
My safety lift bar decided to break.
    IMG_7452.jpg

    After 3 years not surprised.
Protects the blower, frame, and tractor frame from destruction.
Can’t feel winch power so added this.
15 min fix and I have enough aluminum pipe for one more bar.
Have a few errands to do and will get back to it later this morning.
    Real nice outside.
11° and no wind at all..
    Have fun people. Play safe.

Did you shut the fuel off and let it run dry?
