    Used my blower as a blade and scraped my drive.
    Going to get some more diesel for the salamander as 2 more storms coming.
    Need to melt snow before Putting the blowers away.

    Sounds like the plumbers that were supposed to show up on Tuesday. At least they told you they cancelled and rescheduled. I haven't gotten a word back after texts and VMs.

    Apologies if it came across differently. Mold is bad, yes...it can be dealt with. It sucks for sure, but it can be abated. I did a lot of research on it while going through the rebuild. Are some people more susceptible, yes just like anything. Good luck with your roof!

    Holy shit. What was the price tag on that kind of rebuild? I'm in an old doublewide and would like to build a house, but good grief the prices. I just assumed trying to salvage/rebuild a doublewide was a losing venture because they don't retain value for beans. Any insight would be appreciated, if you are willing to share.

    LOL...we're not done with it yet. We bought 20 acres and this was on it. Still less than buying new. Seriously...all new from steel frame up. Belly board, Joists, subfloor, electric, lights, plumbing, drywall, windows, doors, siding, appliances, sinks, tubs, toilets...all new. But i rebuilt it to my liking rather than buying something already made with lesser components. I have a YT channel, if interested. Gald to give advice. Almost 2000 S.F. It was a 4 BR and we made it a 3 BR with huge living area. Plenty of windows for natural light. We're out in the sticks...plenty of wildlife.

    Here is a good starting point to see what I began with. Plenty of vids on the channel. Let me know if any questions.
