Only reason mine is "cheap" is it's "old". Newer houses up the road with the same acreage, just newer/bigger houses range double mine.

This adulting shit man, I dunno...

Age isn't a factor here. Just the pure assessed value.

Yea twice as much as you could ever get the actual value for.

And......$2200 for sales tax....but that's just a one time expenditure. And a business write off.

I guess I never took the sales tax into account since I paid it at the dealership :bananadead:

Yea that's the only thing keeping me in my current house. I desperately want to move, but my current 3.5% will never be seen again. Even with a gained $40,000 in value I would not be able to afford something comparable in a different area.

I definitely get that. We've looked... tossing around the idea of renting out the current house and getting into another house ourselves. Rent around our area for a house is double our current mortgage payment.

    Morning stockers :pccoffee:

Mother's friend is a retired master plumber and he offered to help me get that line tied into the main stack for the thunderbucket in the new 1/2 bath. He's coming today, so I hope to get that project wrapped up today so I can start on the kitchen!

    I wouldn’t know.
Her secret lair is more secret than then the “stock rigs” lair.
If you are allowed on the property, you have god like status.
That’s ok. (*sniff sniff*) I offered help many times and got rejected . I accept my lower life status…..

    Morning.
    Nor’easter coming.
    Looks pretty intense.
Time to refresh my stored fuel.
Thinking I’ll get more fuel for the gen.
Can’t remember how much is in it.
Gym morning then attack the “STOCK TACOMA”.
