Yup, insane.
Mine sold last week for almost triple of what I paid 25 years ago.
But I ain't complaining.

 

Oklahoma can keep this weather. I want winter back. Stood outside for an hour yesterday for the wedding in 95 degree weather. I feel bad for whoever has to receive that rental suit back.

Meanwhile the township has figured that out and adjusted my taxes accordingly

 

And the best part is that if your house goes way down in value, YOUR TAXES DON’T GO DOWN.

No one has pride in their home anymore. Gives a whole new meaning to the words, “lived in”..

Crazy work week, now it's sunday Afternoon, still haven't gotten on my bike. Lots of house/yard work. Took my girl for a nice dinner last night.

cool 1/4 mil right there. BRAND new and one of the motors is bad. Was on that diamond plate lid on that brand new asphalt for 3 hours in 94 degreee temps with Manilla like humidity.

Phew, landed in Boston and headed home. Pit stop at the closest Sonic to Maine and then we're rolling. It's been a whirlwind weekend and it's not over (anybody in Maine getting tornado warnings will see what I did there...)
