    Long story. Here's the cliff notes. 100 year old cabin, built by one of Americas biggest corporations as a perk for employees, later taken over by a board member as a private asset. within the borders of Indy, on 20 acres of woods. Bizarre in every concievable manner. On a well. Historic district so they cant improve the sewers or the power supply to the area. Total time warp. I stumbled into it as the ultimate bachelor pad, lived there 7 years and the deal was, take care of the place, keep the grass down. Cheap rent. no lease. Owners liked things off the books. Well, owner died a couple months back, and a lawyer for the estate came in and said, party's over, we're selling, family, cash, private, and as a vacant property. Byeeeeeee.

    Knew I wouldn't stay forever and knew it would never, ever, ever come to market. It's time to go. The real hard part is saying goodbye to him, on a deeper level somehow. Im a mush and this is waay too heavy for a Tuesday morning.
