    Exactly my thought. :fistbump:
Danny said good yesterday. I missed out on Greta making Stromboli. :pout:
I'm going out for 4 day weekend this coming Thu-Sun; I think his brother flies in Wed or Thu.

:anonymous: As far as you know.
    :lalala:

Me too 'cuz that's what Bobby Combs (local family friend & racer growing up) told 16 yo me to use. In England I used Castrol, couldn't get Valvoline and the local rally guys all seemed to use Castrol. :)

I was just about to say....that "gold standard" OE filter that people love to praise is hardly the cream-of-the-crop. Does flow like a MF'er though

My grandfather was always a Valvoline guy. I remember being a young kid in the early 70s and I would ride with him in his Chevy truck to this little parts store in town. He would snag several round cans of Valvoline. Then proceeded to shoot the sh*t for an hour with the guys behind that counter and half the people that walked in. I can still remember the worn floor and counter top edge where countless people stood and leaned on. And I'll never forget the smell of car parts, oil and cigarette smoke.

To this day....50 years on I have a tendency to gravitate towards Valvoline.

Been meaning to ask this for a while now. So on my Tundra my music is all loaded onto a USB thumb drive and it's plugged into the appropriate port. Now, when I want to use maps (Google) through Android Auto, I have to use the same USB port to connect my phone and can't listen to my music. Is there a way to do both?

Put the music on your phone. That's it. There is only one USB that is data capable in that gen of Tundra.

Yeah, sorry it's not the answer you would like, but it's worth it for that 5.7.

Without having looked into it, I'm assuming the Tundra will pick up the music files once stored to internal storage?

I'm not sure. I know there is only a set format that it recognizes. Not sure the phone can put both through to the truck. Android Auto/apple carplay might override audio.

I'll try with just a couple of songs to play around.

Best solution for this would be use the android auto for maps and get a Dirty Deeds muffler for sound. No sweeter music than that V8 with a Dirty Deeds. :burnrubber:
