Maybe ... not trouble with the board here ... but I used Laminex on my 2nd Gen and didn't keep it long. It just didn't work well for me. :notsure: Good luck, I hope you get better results than I did.
    :fingerscrossed:

You don't stay still long. o_O

Spent three and a half hours at the doc this morning, most of that in the waiting room. Pelvis is shifted from the muscles being contracted so hard on one side. Out of work, MRI ordered cause she suspects herniated disc from the numb feet and legs and sciatica (no shit sherlock), PT called in prob gonna be starting next week, and shes putting me on steroids so I’ll be extra bitchy. Apologize in advance..

In 1998 I herniated a disc. It was awful. But slowly of the course of a year or so I recovered 100% with no surgery. There is hope. Hang in there Crystal

I won’t take steroids. Messed with my vision too much.

I hope it goes well for you, Crystal!

Never been on steroids so it’ll be interesting but worth a shot. She tried to give me muscle relaxers and pain meds, refused them. I cant stand the things.

I've been on a prednisone run a few times over the years for sciatica and found it very helpful. Sometimes I'd get a little antsy/snappy...other times never even noticed I was taking it...nor did Mrs. SpruceMica so...

Appreciate the feedback, that makes me feel better about it helping. Ive got sciatica down my right let so bad I wanna gnaw it off my body. Cant get away from the pain.
Hubs has been on it when hes gotten into poison ivy and got a little short-tempered but was otherwise fine.

Hopefully you won’t have any trouble with the steroids. Some people do and some don’t. Just be sure to ramp up and ramp down as prescribed. Your body will quit producing some important hormones when the steroid takes over their job. Ramping down gradually lets your body begin to produce those hormones again. Stopping suddenly can be very dangerous.

I would read up on possible side effects on webmd or Mayo Clinic’s website. Just so you will recognize any side effects. If you do have side effects, be sure to call your doctor before stopping the medication. Don’t worry about the side effects. Most people don’t get them or they are tolerable.

I lost my night vision bad and stopped in a lane on the highway thinking I was on the shoulder

I love stock rigs... Mine is a 2012 Baja Series which means it has a 2" factory lift. I resurrected two 2012 Tacos after they were totaled and the pic is the second. Neither needed any sheet metal replaced, just some very light frame damage that I repaired in my driveway with common tools. I'm sure I had no more in parts than $4/500 for either of them. I drove the first one for a couple of years with no issues and got the one pictured. The first one was my favorite as it wasn't lifted, but the wife like the second one so guess who won that argument. The things we do for the ones we hang out with, eh? I will say that although I don't much care for the lift it has probably kept us out of trouble a couple of times. And I like the throatiness of the Baja exhaust. This truck has been as reliable as the first (knock on wood) and I expect to have it for a long time. Someday I might get around to putting a flare back on it, who knows...

Good enough for gov’t work. Its a wrangler, thrash it through some branches and you’ll never notice the pits.
