I just heard on the news this am. I think everything has a month now.

 

I suppose not being a coffee drinker, I was unaware.

I guess everyone/thing deserves a little time and recognition.

Man comes home and finds his wife packing a suitcase.

Man: "What are you doing?"

Woman: "I'm leaving."

Man: "Why?"

Woman: "I was watching TV today and found out I can move to Nevada and get $300 a pop for what I give you free."

Man starts packing a suitcase

Woman: "What are you doing?"

Man: "I'm coming with you."

Woman: "Why?"

Man: "Because I want to see you live on $600 a year."

How are things in flyover country?

 

Got my truck all cleaned up, hood paint corrected, sealed, and a topcoat of a wax and what do you know it's raining and I gotta run to the store. Welp, it was clean for about 14 hours

 

What's this paint correction? It's a new truck.

 

You'd actually be surprised how bad even new vehicles are. I digress. During the Spring birds were shitting on truck left and right so I would use a "ceramic" quick detailer to remove the bird bombs. Well, the mist that wasn't wiped up immediately turned hard and wouldn't come off with normal washing. I didn't actually "correct" the paint. I have a paint cleaner/glaze for dark colored vehicles. That took care of the mist that wouldn't come off.

I have a couple of coworkers who get their panties wadded up over that kind of stuff. It'll be "national donut day" or "national nurse day" or "national girlfriend day" or whatever the day is. They genuinely get sideways about it. I don't get it. It's all mostly just light hearted things. Let people have their moment. It doesn't effect me in the slightest.
