Great week to continue helping on this deck. Got the upper section lag bolts, diagonal bracing, rim joist, posts, horizontal railings and decking installed. Homeowner did the railings & balusters on the lower decks. The spacing would be equal and they would be plumb had I done them. Hopefully wrap up the stairs and upper balusters tomorrow. They want the same balusters along the bottom versus other skirting options. Ugh.

I'm trying to figure out the handicap plate. Doesn't seem like the most hospitable vehicle for someone with physical challenges.

    :notsure:

Could just be a neck injury that doesn't impact limb use for climbing into a truck. Got a buddy who is like that.

Glad I got the alignment on the GB today. Toe and Camber were bad they said. No printout. That would explain why I've been hearing a tire rubbing sound on the driver's side for a few months. I was questioning whether it was that or wind noise from my window vents. My gut was telling me tire noise. All quiet now. Noticeable difference (softer) on bumps with the new(ish) 3rd Gen TRD OR take offs versus the 5100's.

Hmm. I have 3G stuff to freshen up my heap...I have wondered, is this considered a mod? Grey area?

OEM parts. Classified as simple replacement.

If it makes any difference, my only holdup with making that upgrade is having to ditch stock wheels..but, I do have FJ steelies I got for my 3G that would go on..well actually they're T4R spare wheels as I wanted the 5mm less offset..I'm on pins and needles here, gentlemen!

Not OEM for the line. However, similar platform.
If it was tundra brakes it would be a no.
So it can’t distinguish between the two.
    So no red flag
