    Hey Stockers.

This little lady came into season. What fun. Once she gets over it we'll get her spayed. 12.5 months. Much later than we were told to expect. She's turning into a pretty sweet little pup, albeit a bit messy right now.

I can't wait. But I need to ride it out for a little longer. I'm an older guy with younger kids. Got one in her final 5th year of college and one a senior in highschool. Once I can get at least one of them pointed in the right direction I'll see about it. Both super smart kids. So I'm not too worried. Just wish we had kids a little earlier in life in retrospect

Those 5.7s do have a bit of a drinking problem. Fine engines aside from that though

I was technically eligible 4 years ago with my employer. But I here I am. I can't complain though. Just knowing that it will be an option in the not so distant future puts me ahead of a lot of people my age. So I shall remain grateful

I'm eligible for MRA with time now, but the money is better/more comfortable than just survivable at 20. With the way economy has been going, smarter to play it safer. :notsure:

Office view today...working from a flat roof. Reaching over and painting the fascia. It's inaccessible by ladder for much of the property. And multiple levels above the main floor. Don't see too many flat roofs here in Maine. Lots of $$$ out there tied to those moorings.

    Definitely looks very Florida'ish.

And remember OSHA requires a tie-off point rated at a 1200 lb minimum for anything 6' and above.

Oh boy. Fuel has gone up 10 cents the past couple of days. Perfect time to grab a little more profit!!

Talking about that while installing a ceiling fan in the condo complex fitness center today, (to replace the one that someone may have been trying to do pullups on, breaking off a blade). Gas prices have down to about $3.15, but that still a buck higher than four years ago. A Jamaican/Senegalese woman can claim that the economy is improving, but my property tax assessed value ($337k) is still $200k than my higher than listed offer in 2016...

I have a flight to Denver Friday night. Hoping I can catch a glimpse up there. Never seen the lights in person without long camera exposure assistance (and even then, it was questionable).
