Most major fall/pre-winter chores are complete. Pretty much just keeping up with the leaves now. Going to wash and wax (spray) the GB today. Feeling like I'm ahead and not scrambling to get it all done as in prior years.

    Bike goes away today.
I’ll do Maguire’s quick wax on something at some point.
Need to decide when the Corolla goes away.

I don't have quite the "winter prep" you guys have. Mostly just small stuff....put away the hummingbird feeders, put away the hammock, the deck table umbrella, the rain gauge (it's glass), change the oil in the mower and pressure washer. I usually don't even start much of any of it until around November 1st. We still have warm days ahead of us....upper 70s by next week.

I haven't seen any hummers in a week or so and I need to pressure wash the driveway. So I'll probably put the feeders away and change the oil in that. I'll go ahead and sharpen the mower blade again for leave eatin' duty. Might wash the kid's Yaris today too.

I use my leaf blower to dry the bike after I wash it.

Well....she's the closest thing to a voice of reason we have.....comparable speaking anyway.

    :notsure:

I guess our Deputy @Sig45 is reasonable in a voicey kind of way.........when he's not running around the neighborhood in his mesh man thong and cowboy boots screaming out lyrics to '90s boy band songs.

Indeed it does. I use TruFuel in mine. So it doesn't have to be "put away" for winter. That way I can use it just for that purpose throughout the winter

I run the recreational gas in my stuff, no ethanol, higher octane, everything runs / starts better.

Yeah....ethanol is a killer if it sits around for long periods of time. Trufuel is the same....no ethanol, 92 octane and stabilizer mix in
