considerate, a 24 month prep for the market. The floors were absolute shit. 15 years of Kids and dogs. We’re buying decent stuff but not top-of-the-line, with the intention of making the place look nice for when we list it. It’s a four bedroom and a desirable school district, so our hope is that the next two years we’re going to see lots of equity growth.

Can relate. When we did the house hardwoods floors I went with water based gym finish after a couple coats of sealer. Not gonna lie. Had tears flowin’ freely. How kids could be in a gym with a newly treated floor I’ll never know. Grabbed an overnight bag & a Hotel room for a couple days. Think I saved much needed brain cells.

    Morning
    Power just blipped.
Just enough to fuck up every piece of electronics I have.
    AND THE COFFEE POT.
Can’t turn it on to keep the hot plate warm. It starts making more coffee.
So I’ll put it in a cup and save it and nuke it if I want more.
Outside light will be on now till sunrise.
    Real world problems..
    Raining, dreary.
At least I have stuff to do.
    More ball repair.
    Play with my TPMS system..
    Have a good day people.

Havent had a full night of sleep in a couple months now. :notsure:
All packed up, meeting my sister in Gray to hock my woodworking stuff at the craft fair and offload. It was getting out of hand. She invited every single person that lives around her on the lake and she said her neighbor is ‘going to wipe my inventory out before the peasants show up’.

This qualifies you as an evolved human, particularly as an American. Getting rid of perfectly good stuff because if won't get much use. I'm trying to embrace this. Getting there.

Lots of household mods today. Electricity!!! Wish me luck.

Good Morning Stock Truck Folk
Out on the mountain. Split wood yesterday, more of same today. Margins safely reinforced ... probably enough extra to keep firepit feed thru Summer. Gonna be a pretty day and warm, 27° this morning.
Have a great day everyone. :)

This reminds me that I need to start preparing for my annual year end purge of "unused" stuff.

I unloaded a lot of Fly-Fishing gear on ebay this year. Sold things for much more than I had anticipated. Payback I guess for taking care of my gear.
