Sad part? I have a fan clutch removal tool. Figured I would do a quick pop with a pipe wrench and hammer. The wrench slipped when I hit it and pinned my right pointer figure between it and the alternator pulley. Felt lovely.

Broke out the tool and spun it right off after that. That broken finger made for a fun water pump replacement. Plus the wife bitched at me several times about going to the ER. It's broken. Tape it up and move on. That's all they would do.

    :notsure:

    Indeed.

I deserved it though. How much longer would it have taken to dig this out of the drawer and set it up? Short cuts and laziness don't usually have good results. I know better.

No. I'm off work this week. But the wife and daughter's found some secluded cabin in N Carolina for a great price. They bought food at a local store and are going to spend a couple of days there. They got there late this afternoon. Should be a nice Covid free getaway

    Hey Stockers.

Tacoma is loaded for a camp weekend. Now to try to get the plant to wrap things up so I can actually go. We shall see.

One thing about stock, makes it easier on these old knees loading the bed with a topper on it. That extra three inches would be a bear.

    (yeah, that's a set up)

Be safe out there. Hopefully the temps won't be as bad there as here. We're looking at heat index above 100°. :(

it's gonna be a bit rough. Both days temps call for low 90's, and us in a tent. I did score a solar ceiling fan tho. And there's wine. That's usually the difference maker.
