Mother grabbed the secretary desk pull down and ripped it off as she was keeping herself from falling.

All poss structure put back in alignment.
Toothpick hack in two of the mounting holes.
Excess epoxy ground away.
Now to drill the innermost area and install a plug.
Then file and sand face as smooth and even as possible.
Grab the hinge and redrill the mount holes.
Not sure about the missing outside wood.
Popsicle sticks come to mind.
Perfect thickness…
