You're a good man, Dennis, Thanks! I've been completely overwhelmed and done a shit job fund raising, even though I'm a ride marshall this year! I've been reminded through unfortunate events how important it can be. 2 men in my 'circle' have taken their lives in the last 6 months. 1 a guy my age. and the other a 33 yr old combat medic vet with the 82nd Airborne, a fiance and wonderful career taking shape. That's what this is a bout and I should do better.

If you're willing I appreciate it.

You might want to replace it before the insurance company adjuster gets out there. Police report copy is helpful, probably an exterior door crime spree !:spy:

Staining the cedar railings on a double decker deck today. I installed then a couple years ago and owner never got around to doing it. Of course they weathered some, so I also cleaned them a couple of weeks ago.
I use one of those mini rollers to apply the product, then do a quick follow up with brush. So much faster than brush alone.

    Job security.

I had a proffffffffesional do it.
I did a little grunt work for him but that was it…
When you put a hole in a house you want the best chance to seal it back up right.
I was not that person. I did learn a shit ton..

That's a handsome door for sure.

Phase 1 complete. The yard is getting a fence and irrigation, then we're planting garden beds all over and sod for lawn and space. Not pictured is a 1 car driveway with duragreen grasspavers, and cobble garage apron. Came out well, we worked with the neighbors to remove a problem tree and it opened the whole space up, big difference.

I hope you're all doing well.
