    2012 Base Tacoma 2.7. 5 spd Regular Cab
    Good day, fellow Taconians! Joined up here a couple weeks ago when I bought my 2012 Base Tacoma, 4 banger, 5 speed 4x4. Spruce Micah in color. This is my first post! Really missed my 99 I used to have (frame rot), so I looked for a regular cab for a while...they are so hard to find! Found this with 79,000 on the ticker. I love it. I have already replaced the fuel door, and did the hose clamp trick on the tailgate. Put a bed mat in. LED dome light. When I was younger I went down the big lift, bigger tires, super modified route. As I get older I'm trying to be more sensible LOL. Got my tonneau cover on the way. Other than that, this truck is staying stock (my fiance doesn't believe me). I have learned that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS AS RELIABLE AS STOCK. That's what I believe anyways. Your method may vary and to each their own. Good day, peeps!

    Absolutely. The light is always on around here. We talk a lot of stock stuff...questions, maintenance, pictures, etc. But we have a lot BS time too.

    We're also blessed to have @Tacoma Mike frequent this thread....as he's a 40+ year ASE Master Toyota tech. Tough questions are directed towards him.
