My house is surrounded by oak and maples. Many straddle property lines. My 2 neighbors and I don't make a fuss, we just cleanup what's in our own yards. We all acknowledge that it's all a wash in the end.

My neighbor would cut his grass 3 times a week. He will even cut the grass with light snow on the ground.

He will follow me around. He won't go outside until I do. He has calm down a bit since a called him a f$cking freak to his face.

Your neighbor might be like mine with OCD issues.

I have a 6 foot wooden picket fence. Since the fence is level but the ground isn't there's a gap at the bottom of the fence. I also tried using a chicken coop wire fence to block the bottom so the leaves and his trash doesn't come in the yard. He remove the wire fence.

I may remove the whole fence so people can watch him and his OCD ritual.

One time, he was smoking weed in the shed while his wife was passed out on the floor due to her illness. Plain asshole.

Most likely. He even has a camera pointed right at my garage/house. Like I'm not a shady person, my vehicles are well kept and yard is always mowed. Dude's definitely not right. I need to setup a loudspeaker and play some Vietnam War sounds at night or something. Actually, scratch that I don't wanna get shot.

Although there's this one case in the middle of the night and all of a sudden my motion light on the garage comes on. In my half awaken stupor I run out the backdoor wearing nothing buy my boxers and wielding a shotgun. Turns out he was just letting his dog out... Come to think of it I might have something to do with his paranoia...

My other neighbor has his camera pointed on my yard with the motion sensor set to my door, driveway top/bottom, backyard, front yard, and mail box. He has to watch everything. I had the State Police go on his network while I go outside to trigger the motion sensor. Over 700 viewing and climbing and over 2,000 people has access to the camera network. He even broke into my house with the camera recording.

Holy shit that's some creepy stalker level shit!

I do plan to try and get a house out in the country come early Spring time. Co-worker has a house with renters in it that he's planning on getting out (legally) that's in a great location he's looking to unload. Unfortunately it's almost a complete gut job as they're chain smokers and have 2 dogs. The dogs even ate the kitchen floor! If it works out I'll gut the bathroom first to make it livable. Not the first reno I've lived through.

Omfg thats my husband’s neighbor to a friggin t. She only comes out when we do, stands on the deck and stares at us, does nothing but cause trouble, rakes and blows everything into his yard. Had huge limbs come down last week and the power co came by with a huge chipper. We were working in the back yard and saw her out there harassing them and thought nothing of it (shes nosey af anyways) and walked out front an hour later.. pile of giant branches on his front lawn, crushed one of his bushes, exactly over the property line. Come to find out she told them to ‘throw it on his side and he’ll take care of it’. Miserable old bag. Hes selling the house this month, cannot effing wait to never see her again. We’re praying the new buyers have ten loud assed kids, barking dogs, and like to have parties nonstop just to make her life a living hell. Karma, baby

edit: she also has multiple cameras pointed at his house. Hes called the cops about it, nothing they can do. Ive flipped them off and mooned them multiple times. Im on his property so..

He gave the city police access to his camera. They get there kicks out of watching people.

I even caught him going through my mailbox taking my mail.
