Heading back to work tomorrow after being off for 6 weeks. Bittersweet.

Disclaimer: The remainder of this post is somewhat venting/ranting.

Had some ailments that made me take time off. Was a complete bum and on a liquid diet for the majority of my time off, either visiting doctors or sleeping most of the time. Back to about 80% normal now which is a relief but still have a long way to go. Would have loved to fully enjoy the time off with the family not worrying about health but it was still nice to have the time and moments together when I was feeling well. Also gives me perspective. I'm incredibly fortunate that I am employed, have good health insurance and most importantly a supportive family especially my wife.

TL/DR: Learn to suffer... enjoy the little things whenever you can

We didn't steal it so I was good that time.

 

That woman deserves a damned trophy for having to carry those things around. My sisters the same way, I joke that mine are small because she got all the boob in the family.

 

I think most of us have "acquired" a sign or 2 in our day.

 

And that's with a bra on that makes them look a size smaller!

She's complains about them some times. Hard to believe she was such a late bloomer. On a more serious note....kinda the reason she quit playing basketball. I've always felt bad for her because of that.

 

Someone explain to me what those are? Kinda at a loss here.

 

Hack em off! There's surgery for everything nowadays.

And speaking of acquired road signs. A couple buddies from high school showed up one night in my driveway with a pickup truck bed FULL of them. They were busy that night. Crystal Ln was one of them, and also happened to be from the road my cousin lived down. Damned small towns. On an unrelated note, I still have it.

 

Damned virgins.. LOL

 

If only. That would have saved me trouble over the years...

That was quick. GTA2, circa 1999?. Played it on a PC built outta scraps with an AMD processor screaming at a blazing fast 450MHz and 8(?)mb graphics card!
