    What’s your view on 2wd v.s. 4wd?

Both equally good on pavement, one does better off road and in limited traction areas. If commuting 2wd is all you need. That and a healthy dose of driving ability if commuting in snowy weather.

We don't delve into such controversial/subjective questions in this thread. There are plenty out there that will entertain that question.

Cannon is good. Still pretty busy but nothing like Sunday River. This was Friday....my daughter was up there with her boo...

Wildcat is my 1st choice, not terribly far up but less folks make the effort.

If you don't mind driving, my faves are Mad River and Jay Peak, both northern Vermont. Bit of a haul for those on the coast. Not sure where you're at, Squoddytruk.

(tryin' to make this a thing)

    Good luck buddy.

As long as it's not popping in codes and has functioning brakes, lights and whatnot.....what's to worry?

Not the worst thing I've gotten...

Damn, I thought your truck was 4wd?

Either way, I've also owned 5 trucks, 3 2wd and 2 4wd. A couple 2wd's were when I lived in Mississippi, you didn't need 4wd. When I moved back to PA I tried a 2wd in the snow and became stuck in 8" (giggity). I've owned 4wd since. Even if I transfer to a Southern state again I'm always gonna get a 4wd. It's too handy.

that ain't right. Tacoma fires right up?

Franconia Notch is one of my favorite parts of the planet, 12 months out of the year.

For those of you not from those parts...most of you may know of the "Old Man of the Mountain", the rock formation that is on all NH license plates, fell off the mountain back in 2003. Couple too many freeze/thaw cycles.

Well, the mountain it fell from is Cannon Mtn. The back side, away from the stone face, is one of New England's better ski slopes.
