Yes, she relieved herself in my driveway. I can’t take her anywhere.

Yeah....figured. Glad we don't have inspections here. Used to when I was a kid. But that was 40+ years ago.

If you bring a vehicle in from out of state it requires an inspection. But it's more of a vin # and paperwork verification. Done by a police deputy....not a mechanic

I can agree with that... so far the rev hang between 4th and 5th is mildly annoying, as is reaching into the glovebox for 5th... URD short shifter just for comfort more than anything else. The truck has all LED's but not a led flasher relay so hyper flash is the current issue. I'll probably swap all the bulbs back to standard when I do the ultimate headlight upgrade.

I dunno, I kinda like the yearly inspections. Around here it does keep some junk off the road. However there always is Joe's unclebrother's sticker slap service slapping stickers on a junk car...

Yeah we get the same up here. My better half's car is registered in OK, so it doesn't have an inspection. I am the inspector for that thing, and ooh boy is it due for replacement.

It rained the first four days after I bought her. Was excited to be able to wash her and clean her up. Looking forward to taking her on some trails here in South Carolina.

The only thing is this state is a friggin' mess as far as the process. Only some counties require emissions so no CEL's can be present. Once those cars will no longer pass they get sold to my backwards ass sheep screwing county.

If I went to an inspection station that actually did a decent job that would be the case. It's got LED headlights in it currently which will be replaced shortly. I'm taking it more to find out what things suspension/drivetrain I need to plan on doing since I don't have a lift at home. $10 to use a shops lift (essentially) isn't too bad for me. I know it won't pass inspection this time around.

Only one county in Maine does emissions... thank goodness I don't live there.
