Morning folks! Had some rain last evening and of course everything is about frozen now. Gotta thaw the truck out here soon. I imagine they laid down a nice layer of salt, so my truck won't be clean anymore


So yesterday was sitting in the parking lot at work finishing my coffee and all of a sudden this comes on the radio.




Never would I thought they'd play that. I was cracking up the entire time, boy did I get some stares...

Got back from work, looking forward to the time home. Hope everyone is doing well

 

Doing ok here. Got a little snow. Temps right around 32°.....so it's a wet nasty day.

The exhaust wheel is nearly the same size as the original, but it is a more aggressive pitch on the vanes. The inducer is 38mm, and the housings are significantly ported and polished.

Supposed to be the same here this afternoon, holding at 25° for now though

 

Well, we were all set to put the new turbo in place until we put the port matched gasket on the header... realized the new turbo is port matched to an upgraded header. So we ordered that today and will be putting this all back together in a week or two.

Woke up to a dusting which was nice. now it's just gray and soggy. gonna go lay on the ground and do an oil change on my GF's daughter's Nissan. My christmas gift to her was oil changes for the year. This time will involve a few extra tidbits. She doesn't take very good care of the car. Hoping to set a different tone.
