Evenin gents, another day of sawmill maintenance in the books.

 

Actually, it was boring. I was waiting for a coworker to do something for me that I don’t have access to, only to find out (2 hours left in my shift) that he was off and forgot to set his out of office message. Working from home has its perks, but it sure is nice to walk over to the person’s desk when you need them. I swear, by the time this Covid stuff has abated enough for us to go back to work, I’m going to need a job title and pay grade change...I’m working so far above my current job class it’s ridiculous.

How about you?

 

Pretty good for me today, got to tinker in the garage a bit. Working remotely can be frustrating for sure. Do you work in IT?

I have a friend who bought his '08 with 160k on it. He's got 340k on it now. Says he's never replaced it. That means it's got 180k on....at the very least.
