Our's is real glass. Didn't want to take the chance of it freezing with nectar in it and breaking....or piss off the birds by leaving it empty

I've used a Sosche Magic Mount phone holder for years. But I decided to try one of those Weathertech Cup Phone holders. They sell several versions. I just got the cheapest one.

Works pretty good.

That's a 5 year old Galaxy.....with one of my youngest daughter's old purple phone cases.....'cause mine broke.

 

Just an update.

I used a All Purpose Cleaner with a Buff and Shine microfiber pad on a Porter Cable 7424 and machine clean the back of the seat. It removed about 80% of the silicone dressing. Now it looks like there's a bunch of round mark where the silicone dressing was drip on the seat that's are stubborn but can be easily concealed by water based dressing. When the weather warms up I'm going to try a steamer.

Dang......we went from nothing to 2" of snow in less than 2 hours. Still snowing.

Kinda wish I had thrown on the snow tires when I got home

First gens came standard with a cell phone holder mounted to where a plate is. It was option C-64, a $299 factory add on.

 

In all seriousness, the weather tech holders are sweet. I have one in my Duramax and also the desk phone holder even though I don’t have a desk.

I got the holders then a month later got a new phone, my new one wouldn’t fit. The fine folks at weather tech sent me the larger ones and let me send the other ones back. Great customer service.
