We were lucky with last weeks ice storm. No power outage for us. A lot of utilities are buried around here. But with more ice on top of the existing ice plus 8" of snow coming.....we'll see how long the good luck lasts.

Just looked again. It starts after midnight, with a slight chance in the evening.

I'm just happy, that winters aren't as bad as they used to be when I was a child.

There will be snow on the ground from December to May.

You guys getting snow on Thursday as well? Every day the snow totals are going up. It's at 8"-12" now for us Thursday (with more Wednesday night before that storm...). Deciding if I want to call off work that day or not, driving to work is not the issue, it's getting home. They tend to not plow/salt much after 8pm and my commute is all rural roads that don't get touched much. Driving home in that mess at 11PM sucks!

Snuck into the touchless wash this morning, still some dirt bonded to the paint though. Guess I need to hand wash it in the garage later

Picked my wing up from Boston, now I get to set it up this afternoon and see if the frame is destroyed or not. The footprints and crease in the box at the center of the airframe is most concerning.. impeccable handling as always, UPS. In their defense, I don’t know why there wasnt a single ‘fragile’ sticker placed on the box. My other wing was plastered with them. :pout:

Did the same thing just a little bit ago. I just wanted to knock some of the salt off; kinda pointless at this point, but it is what it is. It's right across from the beer distributor though, talk about convenience!
