Well....they've pulled back from the 8"-12" to 5"-8" because we're supposed to get more freezing rain/sleet/ice than they thought. We're right on the line. Just depends on which way it wiggles.

Hey, hey, hey now. It's usually the shipper that tries to get away with sending stuff like that Ground instead of Freight... Seen a 6L80 transmission on the IC belt the other day and just shook my head. Jokes on them if it makes it to an auto-stat; it'll get flagged and have to be back billed for Freight to pick it up.

Well looks like we're looking at a house tomorrow... It just kind of popped up all of a sudden, hasn't been on the market for long. It's in town, but in an older development and all the homes look well kept. It has natural gas so that's a major plus, no more heating oil and electric water heater. I was wanting something out in the country with a bigger yard, but honestly I hate yardwork. That and in this "city" all the utilities are subsidized, so cheaper. The best part is it's only 10 minutes away from work, no more driving over that mountain! That means moving to Maryland and having front tags, but it is what it is. With the market right now if I even think I like it I'll have to "write" an offer, which will have to be full asking unfortunately. I'm already pre-approved so hopefully that would go well. I don't wanna be an adult anymore :annoyed:

We have a couple of those here at the mill for tight spots or light duty, that's about it. They're great at cutting dimensional, and up to ~8 inch diameter logs. Definitely want to convert them to a more aggressive/beefier chain though, they've got plenty of torque to handle it.

Set up, did a full frame inspection and shockingly dont see any damage. The manufacturer packed the crap out of it so im sure the padding helped.

This popped up and I grabbed it on Amazon.
    Direct replacement..
Was going to change it up but couldn’t find matching floor mats.
So tweetie bird gets a reset for another 15 years I hope

An attic with next to no crap in it? Impossible!

Joking aside, looks great! Happy to hear there's no damage either. Do you guys ever try flying in the colder months?

Its the second floor of the garage. Will be an apartment eventually but we dont have a lot of crap with which to fill it, surprisingly. Hubby and I were thinking of flying Streaked or Will Mtn if we get a Southeastern day. Layers, visor on the helmet, winter kayak gloves and pogies over them and its actually not too bad in the air.

I was thinking like full on snowmobile gear, but yeah that's reasonable. I think it would be awesome with the cool crisp air. Only trouble I'd foresee is the landing if the snow is all white and flat. Maybe sprinkle some pine bows around the landing area for some depth perception.
