For those of you who drive your Tacoma to work every day...

44mi round trip on the 5 Fwy in LA. Bought the Tacoma b/c I might as well drive something I love while sitting in traffic.

 

3.5 miles each way. Depending on the lights, 6 minutes on a good day, 9 minutes tops.

8.2 kms each way. 8 minutes each way.

 

I have a few offices in the area. My average commute is 56 miles r/t.

 

70 km (44 miles) round trip on the most busy highway in the province. We just got a huge dump of snow so a one-way commute is around 1-1.5 hours...livin the dream...ugh

 

21 miles each way. I have the choice of taking the Thruway if I'm running late or a few different back roads. I bought an '84 Rabbit to run back and forth though. Needs a little TLC, but I'll be running that as my daily work ride.

 

22 miles each way, 20 of which are interstate.

takes about 30 minutes.

I spent about 15 years doing an hour or so each way in Florida, so this is child's play, by comparison.

Although I grew up a farm kid way the hell out in the middle of nowhere, and it was 30 minutes to drive into town. Once a week we went there, at most.

 

I'm about 10 miles each way. Eight of which is highway or back roads and two is within a city of about 35K population. Totally stock 2.7L/5spd.

 

Around about 16mi/25km each way. I'd say roughly half is highway, half city.

 

23 miles each way, all back roads. Which is why I have the Tacoma and not one of the cars I really wanted.

Summertime 21km and during winter 6 km cuz I take the lake .Save gas during the winter .if it's warm I take the snowmobile or quad runner

 

About 17 miles round trip to my office. I could add about 40 to that if I have to go to one of the further away buildings, though. I total about 28k a year when I add in other driving.

Lots of people tell me I should buy something cheap and fuel efficient for daily driving and highway trips. To which I reply "Why in the world would I do that when I have the option of driving a truck?" I don't think it'd save me anything anyway when you do all the math.

19 miles each way, with about 80% on a highway.

 

82 miles round trip. Carpool, so I drive 2 times a week.

 

4 mls round trip when im in the office (M-F) and 60mls round trip to the airport every 2nd week (only once a week)

I still drive 15k a year, mostly for fun and not for work
