In the winter it's about 50 miles round trip. I choose secondary roads most of the way. Distance is slightly shorter, but time is slightly longer - and blood pressure stays lower.

In summer it can easily double that when I'm doing tree work.

53 miles each way for me, M-F. 2-lane rural roads. Only 3 stop signs between my house and office. Only traffic is of the 4-legged kind (great justification to my wife for my AllPro Apex bumper)

I was about 60 miles round trip just to the office and back, but im in consulting/construction so if you count that I average between 100-150 a day.

Just recently moved though so now I'm only 8 miles from my office (one way) :D still takes about 30-40 minutes in DC traffic though. My truck has had a lot of ass-time in it's year and a half of life.
