i am trying to get a grasp on this install i am not super familiar with wiring so i was hoping those that have done this could give me some insight.

The Cruise control stalk i have is for the tacoma, the wire that plugs into the clock spring terminal just has 2 wires connected to it, it does not have the ground attached (this looks to be my first issue)

So the next issue i am having is with the clutch switch, i bought the "hardware kit" from brandon distributing but it does not have the "clutch switch wiring harness" from what i can tell so i am not sure if i can actually get that harness kit seperate or if there is a way around it.

These seem to be my only 2 issues, i have everything else to do this swap even the side piece for the cruise from toyota.

Any input here would be much appreciated!

JEA86. I too am getting ready to order the parts and do an install with a manual transmission. Here is a link that i found that may clear it up for ya. http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/61-2nd-generation-2005/171992-diy-oem-cruise-control.html
look at about the 7th picture down and you will see the clutch switch connector. it's already there, just remove the tape and pull it loose. I just went out and looked at my 2013 reg cab and that exact same connector is there just as pictured in the aforementioned post.
