Had a 2017 Xtr for 6months..stalled twice at high speed on a higway.(1500kms and 3500kms)...Phuck that.:)
But to be fair the f150 V8 was a great ride..only if it runs.

my .02 - had a edge sport with the same 2.7. cyl 5 took a dump and started burning oil. youtube search on the 2.7EB and you'll change your mind.

also, until these DI engines start adding Port injectors like toyota, be prepaired for detonation issues from sludge build up. i think ford finally updated the 3.5 EB with dual injection so that or the 5.0 would be the way to go.

Also we can't take any new Ford's to the arctic. The cold will shrink the aluminum and the doors won't close. Way to go ford!

that's why all the f150 fleet trucks function fine in -60 up in the patch. or does it get so much colder where you are that its going to shrivel and bust any aluminum panel....

Um......yeah (look at my screen name, location) Raptor doors open and close just fine.
However the aluminum rims shrink and our tires fall off Nov 1st and don’t fit again until mid April. We just all use snowmobiles and dog sleds so not really a big deal.

Don't spend money on a F150. I got better deals for you.

Well I know they don't have any in Yellowknife and I've been as far as Resolute Bay NU. They only have the ford panel vans and 250s there, which if they were outside they were never turned off. Hell even our forklift had to idle about 500 rpm higher than it's idle in order to keep it from freezing over.

When I landed it was -66 in beginning of March and the worst it got for me was -71 with the wind chill.

Lol I agree, the way it should be
