No lift, it's a 4x2 so it's only going places that the auto LSD will let me get in and out of. No larger tires for extra ground clearance needed, but when the OEM tires go I'll put something on it a bit better for those unpaved trails. And I like my bug shield :anonymous:

Amazon showed up with the demon brackets and D ring hooks, so back outside I went :) Now I just have to wait for the TRD skid plate to show up from Bam Wholesale.

I took mine off for a short period of time. Huge drop in the amount of people that were sexually attracted to me. Put it back on and now I’m back in the game.

This guy pulled up next to me and I told him that stupid plastic air dam could be bent by my kid and he should throw it in the trash.

I'm married and she thinks I was crazy for buying a truck in the first place, so I can go whichever way I want with the air dam. Of course, I will get a ration of shit when the TRD skid plate shows up at our door....

Took it off on other Taco just because thought it’d look better. Haven’t noticed drop in MPG or handling and am usually commuting 2 hours each way on highway.

    None (yet)
    This.

That being said, I noticed (keyword: Noticed) no difference in MPG or stability after removing mine from my 2020 4CYL or my 2019 6CYL.
Removing the tailgate however, that felt unstable in the rear end.

Total BS, I took mine off as I believe the Tacoma looks much better without it. Definitely no difference in handling/stability regardless of conditions. May have had a small drop in MPG but not to point that I have noticed.

After reading this thread I have decided to start carrying around my impact driver and socket set.

Every Taco I see with an air dam that is parked in a large public lot will have its dam removed before the owner gets back. :goingcrazy:

rotated tires changed oil threw out the old air freshener.
    dang

I must have flunked out on the "how it looks" class.

Those tie down hooks and loops are damn ugly in my view. Put the plastic back!

I took it off the first time I changed my own oil. I had to get the skid plate off and in my eyes at the moment it seemed the dam was in the way. At the very least it made getting the skid plate off easier.

I kept it in the rafters of my shop in case I ever change my mind.
