    I ordered an awning, extension, and two poles. When i got it i found that it was beyond a pain in the nuts to set up alone in a timely manner, so i started a return.

    It took hounding them to get an RMA for the return. I paid return shipping, they got it almost 2 weeks ago. No money back. It took me emailing again today, threatening to escalate this, and wow, someone replied. An hour later i have my refund minus a bullshit restocking fee.

    I rarely dump on a company, but their customer service really is shit in my opinion. There was never an excuse as to why there was zero communication. If i called, i was told whomever i needed to speak to was unavailable. I even left my name and number. Nothing. I think the product was ok, for what it was. It just wasnt for me. And after the return experience, i would never buy anything they sell again.
