Ford class-action suit over MPG ratings

Aaaaand taking a look at the competition today, seems like there's no winning when it comes to these trucks and fuel efficiency.

That isn’t good. That said I’m still getting 18-19 on mine and if I filled up prior to freeway maybe into 21s but I never get near the estimated.

 

...and this, my friends, is why the 3.5 does what it does. The key point in the article above is "customers demand and will pay a premium for fuel efficiency."

 

Wow, they've only sold about 20,000 Rangers so far this year and already a class action lawsuit.

 

The kia soul had this back in 2012. They issued a credit to everyone based on their milages per year for the cost in gas they used that didnt line up with their original claim.

My 3-week old Tacoma hasn’t once reached the advertised 18 MPG.

Time to sue...!

Still better than Toyota having to be sued every few years because their frames rust and fall apart and they refuse to accept responsibility.
