Some cities like Beverly Hills will fine the home owner 10k for using more than 2500 gallons in a day. In my business water isnt a joke.

 

Shit! I pay extra if I use over 3k gallons a month.

 

We are talking about 1 acre of lawn and other vegetation plus a pool and a spa, maybe a fountain or 2.

 

My brother in law lives in Newport Beach. I'm nosey so I looked up where he lives. That shit costs some serious $.
