Fort Worth B.S. Thread

Can anybody in here recommend a good shop to do install of my lift? I have a Bilstein lift from Headstrong, but I seriously just don't have the time to put it on right now. Between getting ready to move, work, school and family, I am super swamped but want this lift on!

 

You could piece a similar kit together for about $3k but that is a solid setup that would work together with zero issues. If you want to save some money you should narrow down what you are looking for and pay attention to the group buy forum.

And do remember, while it is the same company mountain bikes are wildly different than trucks.

 

Tandem Auto on 287 right off 20 does great work. Several members here have used them and both the owners are Toyota guys, they even have their alignment machine now so it's full service.

 

I'll have to give them a call. Any idea of what they would charge to do this install?

 

This is the only actual price seen posted here but that seems about right at $100 an hour labor. The actual price will depend on exactly what you are installing.

Yeah I'm going to have some time between now and when I have the cash to put down on this so I'll be looking out for deals. I might even buy a similar setup just one part at a time.

I had just bought my TRD OR and thought I was content. Then I found this place. Started with Salex organizers (you'll want to get a set of those), then this thing called a Tech Deck (a must have), then things got out of hand. I think my next mod was one of these: http://www.diazfabrication.com.

I've needed that little bolt tray a bunch of times. Not sure why I've waited so long.

URD Y-pipe is also coming soon. I need that to finish up my AFR install.
