    Several places in downtown fort worth and on west 7th street. Also some neat places to eat just south of there off Magnolia street. Check out the Rahr brewery on wednesday evenings or Saturday afternoons.

    Flying saucer downtown for beer. Riata is a few blocks from there. Great food and place for dinner. Be sure to sit on the roof top.
    What area are you staying in? Denton is about 45min drive with no traffic so about an hour all the time since 35 is always busy.

    If you want an experience you will only find in DFW you should check in T & P Tavern. I recently just found the place and I cannot wait to go back. I "might" find my way back in the next couple of weeks for a few beers.
