That would be awesome if y'all could help. I'm in Benbrook. I'm putting it in the lower valance, already trimmed out the supports, just need a little fine tuning now to get it to fit. Ordered the Rigid brackets that mount to the crash bar, so hopefully it all lines up. I really need help with the wiring as that's not something I have much experience with. Would like to wire it so that I don't have to have the headlights on to turn on the light bar.

Wiring is easy. The hardest part is getting the wire through the rubber grommet in the firewall. I have my led bar wired to where I can turn it on whenever I want regardless if the key is in the ignition or not. I have LED fogs that can only be turned on if the key is in the "on" position. Are you a first or second gen?

You will need a switch, relay and some different connectors to hook it to the battery, switch and ground. Check out this site for switches if you don't already have one. http://www.otrattw.net/

Getting the wire through the firewall is easy. Coat hanger and electrical tape make quick work of that.

Or an add-a-fuse if he doesn't want to go direct off the battery

Anyone in the Fort Worth area know any good realtors? We're looking to buy soon in Benbrook, Saginaw or Azle areas. I work in White Settlement, so I'm not looking for a crazy commute.

I am good on the wiring, in fact, I am anal about it and it has to be right. We can do it at my house, I have everything, you'll need a good quality wire though. I really like Painless Wiring wire, it is crosslinked and has a good jacket.

I just drove around and looked at houses until I found one I liked, then called that realtor.

I'm pretty sure I have all the necessary wiring and I have a switch already. Probably just drill one of the current blanks and use the switch I have. I like the idea of the fuse connector. Once the brackets deliver and I have everything available I'll throw out some dates and see what works with everyone. I don't have the biggest garage but we could turn this into a group wrench day. Everybody bring what they have and we could all get some work done. Thanks again, looking forward to it.
