    That's awesome! Pic?

Also, if you want to test out your snorkel...drive over to Dallas and check out Northwest Highway at 35E. This was Saturday:

That pic is probably 200 yards in...

I personally would not change it. You'll appreciate the fact that it's exactly the way they gave it to you when you get older.

I hate to say it, but that will likely outlast your parents. You'll especially appreciate the original nature of it once they are gone. Just my .02.

That's a good point. I'll keep the originals for sure. I want to dress up the grips though

I prefer the dark colors over the stainless ones. I think they look more classic. I need to make sure I keep this thing oiled and clean!

It just seems like the black ones always show blemishes easier. But it's a gun. Doesn't really matter what it looks like as long as it goes bang everytime. Enjoy it man. I'll hopefully be getting another Springfield 1911 by the end of the year.

I was looking at Springfields before. I think I told you that. Then my parents surprised me with the Colt

How will the 2.7 handle all the weight you are throwing at it?

I'm not an expert but I've the underside of a Taco or two, might be able to offer some insight.

And from what I hear around TW you can't beat the Toyota bed mat.

Rock Defense probably weights 70 pounds soaking wet. It won't make a difference
