Jumps....shit I wish. I have to go knock the dust of the SUA parts in the corner. I haven't bought a tube bender yet. Need to put a bed cage in.....Fit the fiberglass....box the frame...tweak the bumpers, get some skid plates, make some sliders and hopefully wheel it all summer...then next winter, reinforce motor mounts, secondary hoop and shocks, coil bucket gussets, more gussets, a few more gussets, then maybe jump it.

I'm the same way lol I've only jumped the truck probably once. lol took it through some whoops and stuff but it still needs motor mounts, gusseting, boxing, my secondaries and towers. We can stomp the malls together

Put the hard lines on the tundra brake conversion. The modified banjo bolts worked, just wanted peace of mind. image.jpg

The front glass went on pretty smooth. It's not perfect and I don't really care. We don't have Malls where I'm at. That's the supercharger hood still wrapped up. Maybe I'll get that on this weekend. And by weekend I mean Sunday from 10am- 3pm.

Got around to mounting the remote reserviors. I made shorter hoses, the factory hoses where way too long. Then added some 45 degree JIC fittings. Welded on the mounts, primed and painted. image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

How did you crack them open without losing oil and pressure and whatever?

I had already released the psi when I was putting the front suspension on. I held the reservior with the valve up and released it slowly I had a tiny amount of fluid leak out. When I took apart the hose I made sure the shock was stroked all the way out. I unbolted it right at the top of the shock tower, I lost a few drops. Then took the reservior and guessed at the volume the hose held. Poured 2-3 ounces into a container, waited ten minutes or so for it to drip down the hose and back into the reservoir. It was actually pretty clean I thought it would make a bigger mess.

Tried to mount the super charger hood: Fail. Couldn't find riv nuts long enough around town.
My new Torque Wrench (CDI ) came this week so I finally got the front suspension torqued to spec. Win.
Planned on changing front diff fluid: Failed. I got side tracked.
Made some filler plates for the bumper. Tie, first one I cut too short, second one was good.Couldn't find reasonable priced led markers, so I ordered them from Amazon.
Plan is to put the led turn signals where the yellow tape is on the filler plate.
New tool box is nice too.
And still haven't started the rear LT yet....:turtleride:

I mounted the hood pins tonight.
Started out with putting the hood pins in a pre existing hole. ( I used this spot as a reference to make the holes even on both sides of the hood) I then placed grease on the ends of the pins and closed the hood.
    image.jpg
I circled the spot where the grease made contact under the hood.
    image.jpg
I drilled a pilot hole, then tapped off an area about 2"x2"
    image.jpg
Now the best part. Cutting a hole in a perfectly good hood.

Hood pins installed. Look cool but not really fun to install. Rounded hood made for a PIA install.

And I forgot to install the squirter nozzles.
