Found a killer deal on a truck! It sounds fishy though.

The TRD OR was my bad. I read it wrong. It doesn't have the full package. It is what the dealer's description is. 4x4 SR5 V6. Changed the OP

Yeah. The dealer has the right info. Probably another factor to why it's not expensive.

 

And also wondering, what is the version of the Tacoma called? Base? Can't really call it anything with TRD.

 

It's called an SR5. There are 2 sr5 trim packs available, plus it has the $400 alloy wheel option.

i know the vehicle is sold, but in case nobody answered your q, it isn't necessarily a bad sign, some places (i've seen it a private car lot, not sure bout dealers) will get a car in and put all new tires on them, again, some will and some won't, just something to think about.

 

OP buy that damn truck. That is a hell of a deal. I got my 08 TRD OR 4x4 with 31k miles on it for $25.5 last year. And it was two years older than the truck you are looking at. Though in Florida, 4x4s are almost impossible to find. After being on this site and seeing the prices other people have gotten 4x4s for, it makes me sick. But anyway, I also wouldn't worry about it already having 2 owners if the carfax is clean. My truck had 2 previous owners and it is a perfect vehicle. I checked the carfax and the dealer gave me the autocheck (same thing as carfax, just different company) and both came up clean. Test drive and if it's what you want, buy it. Sounds like a good deal to me.

You can get the 2012 DCSB, AUTO, 4x4, SR5 for $26850 all day out here where I'm at if you're thinking about going the new truck route. Sticker at $29500. They throw in the tint and the clear plastic door sill protectors. No games or gimmicks.

My 2011 SR5 4x4 came with power windows and locks and auto limited slip rear diff. As far as the shocks go if you take it in for the rear leaf TSB you also get the bilstein TRD shocks if thats important to you. I didn't want any of that crap cause I was lifting it and there is no sense in spending money of all the crap when I'm going to take it off. Yeah the DAC, locking rear diff, and ATRAC is nice but people have wheeled for years w/o all that and managed just fine. The OR just like your Sport also comes with the 400/100 watt inverter. I'd rather put a 400 watt in that works at 400 all the time. The OR is also the only one that comes with the skid plates I believe. I have the crappy front one and the piece of one they put on the bottom of the transfer case. Basically the SR5 looks just like your sport underneath. Mine also has the color coded fender flares and plasti-chrome grill. It comes with the backup camera in the mirror. I've never had a LSD or locker in any 4x4 I've owned before this one and never felt like I needed one. You can buy a lot of stuff for a Taco with the money you save on the TRD packages. Grill's are $32 and have it painted to match. see? But, like I said you had better run down there and grab that sucker before it sold. Good luck and I hope you can find another one. You might also consider a new over used cause you get a better interest rate,maybe lower payments and the knowledge that no one has screwed it up. My SR5 4x4 DCLB was 28,400 new. I put $14,775 down and payments are only $265 a month.

I was looking at used till I found out I would be paying more for a used one than a new one.
