Good news:. New hubs fixed one of the noises.

Better news: I found clunking noise, the highlift jack mount in the bed has some flex, and the jack can hit the bed wall...

Sometimes you need a buddy standing next to the truck, I'd have sworn that sound was the front, not the back of the truck.

Well, I am almost 99.9% sure this has solved my Clunking/Popping noise....!!!

As mentioned by @jtweezy in my case, the noise was coming from the rear spring pack. I have Dakar Heavy Leaf's and as you can see in the pictures below the O.E. front spring eye busing was moving laterally on certain weight transfer situations. I would hear/feel this on the Passenger side only.

So, I mounted up the Wheelers Off-Road bushings. These new leaf pack bushings fit a lot tighter and there is no space between the O.E. mount and spring eye, this should do the trick..!!!

I will continue to monitor this and see if the nosie is 100% gone

Where exactly did you get the bushings from? I know wheelers off road, but do you have a link to the specific bushings?

I didn't get the Wheelers bushings, but here's a link to the ones I got from Amazon (they're Energy Suspension): https://amzn.com/B00LSTUAQ6

Edit: Used those bushings and Super Lube Synthetic grease. It was the grease recommended by Total Chaos for their UCA install, so I had some laying around.

@300AACTaco yes, I used these bushings. So far so good, I haven't heard the clunk in any of the normal bumps i heard it before.

Guess that's why ARB recommends tack welding the OEM bushings to the leaf packs.

@jtweezy Really..? I spoke with the tech's at ARB several times they never gave me this as an opposition..? I think I may sell my Dakar's and go with a different leaf pack...

Nope. But you've got a serious case of Dakar squeak there. (I hope you have a Dakar leaf pack).

I used Slee Off-Road's instructions for installing the OME kit and I think they mentioned it. But I also remember seeing it in an ARB document. Either way, to anyone installing Dakars, I say ditch the OEM bushings and put in poly from the get go.

I pressed out the stock bushings too. They are crap. If you look at the ends of them, they are rough and end up wearing holes in the metal as the rotate. The poly bushings are much much better. The stock bushings are a super bitch to get out though. Have fun with that.

How long did you have the stock bushings in for? Mine came out easy with a ball joint press and a socket wrench.
