Bottom of the seatbelt where it bolts into the B pillar. Bolt is tight but there's space where the plastic cover can move. I took a rubber gasket (red in the image below) from a garden hose and cut a slit and placed it over the bolt. Rattle gone.IMG_0049.jpg

Did this rattling sound as if it was coming from there? I've got one that sounds like it's from the passenger side but can't find it

I narrowed it down to the passenger side dash or seat. Shake your passenger seatbelt near the bottom to confirm.

Could be the passenger-side dash... speaker thing? There are other threads around here on that, it's a problem I have too. Haven't experienced this one yet.

I had this in my 2016, only when it was cold. Once the truck warmed up it was fine. Haven't noticed it yet in my 2018 and we definitely had our share of cold days this winter.

That's the noise! I've got it in my 17, but we don't have too many days cold enough to trigger it in TN so I just turn up the radio and drive faster.

Also when someone gets out and they take off the seatbelt, if it’s kind of twisted just a little the actual seal belt clip will rattle against the b pillar plastic. Does this in my truck all the time. I have to reach over when I’m driving and re-adjust it almost every time

mine does the same thing when its cold and I just put a small piece of rubber between the tweeter speaker cover and the pillar on the passenger side, and haven't heard it for awhile.

Those were some great times eh? I haven't been into videogames in nearly 10 years, but once every couple of months I'll spend an evening with a cold beer and Metal Gear.
